Full Function Accounts Payable - Sydney CBD Based- Fulltime 5 Month Contract About the role Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable and Admin Officer to join their accounts team on a full time five month contract. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team, offering a friendly working environment with the possibility to extend. The Responsibilities Accounts payable & consumable payments Data entry, coding and processing Follow-up of creditor issues Liaising with suppliers Investigate and respond to customer account enquiries Credit card reconciliation, fleet card management, toll tags, motor vehicle registers Assist in managing office duties and administrative tasks The successful applicant will have At least two years experience with tier 2 ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Pronto or similar Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience or similar role Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills Strong verbal and written communication Friendly and positive attitude Additional benefits Generous package Working with a friendly and growing team Close to public transport About the company You would be part of a business that fosters a culture of inclusiveness that values people and the contribution they make to the efficient and effective operation of the business and its profitability.
