About us The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services. About the role Part of the Customer and Regulatory Services division, Dispute Services is a multi-dispute agency which includes Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV) and Dispute Settlement Centre Victoria (DSCV). An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance and Training Administration Officer to join a dedicated team supporting the operation of Dispute Services, on an ongoing basis. The role of Quality Assurance and Training Administration Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Dispute Services training and quality assurance programs. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate training records, supporting the development of training resources and providing support in the delivery of the programs. About you As our ideal candidate, you will be required to demonstrate: Experience in business administration and an ability to use administrative systems to deliver operational support functions. A relevant qualification in business administration or similar is desirable. Please note that this role will provide support with the delivery of face-to-face, onsite training programs and therefore the successful candidate will be expected to attend our office in the CBD a minimum three days a week in line with our flexible work policy.
