Listening carefully to their vehicle troubles and translating them into actionable service requests. Providing clients with clear, concise explanations of recommended repairs. Coordinating repair schedules and keeping clients informed every step of the way. Serving as the liaison between clients and our team of mechanics, ensuring smooth communication. Going the extra mile to exceed client expectations and make their day better. A little bit about you… Experience in customer service or a related field Experience in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance - preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Passion about vehicles and a desire to keep them running smoothly Empathy and the ability to put yourself in our clients’ shoes A problem - solving mindset that makes puzzles look like child’s play.
