This position may also provide support with packing, driving and stock control for the delivered meals service unit, as required.The ideal work schedule is Monday - Friday working 9.00am to 3.30pm. Flexibility can be discussed for the preferred candidate.Skills, experience and certificatesExperience in the use of a Client Management DatabaseAbility to prioritize tasks and work to meet deadlines.Computer skills including Microsoft 365 Suite and understanding of procedures for the maintenance of effective information systemsExperience and/or knowledge of the My Aged Care Portal in managing referrals for Property Maintenance and Delivered Meals services (preferred)Ability to use initiative in problem solvingStrong communication and customer service skills.Experience and/or knowledge of working with consumers eligible for CHSP and HACC PYP servicesCPR and First Aid Certificate Mandatory Pre-employment screenings:Working with Children's CheckNational Police checkCOVID 19 Vaccination CertificateApplication Process:Please submit your resume and cover letter addressing the key selection criteria and detailing why you're motivated to succeed in the role.
