We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Site Maintenance Support Administrator driven support our crew onsite at Thunderbox Mine Site in the Goldfields. Reporting to the Project Maintenance Manager you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team of qualified heavy earthmoving equipment personnel. What We Offer: 8:6 Roster Full Time Permanant position Onsite Gym and Fortnightly pays. Direct flights from Perth or Busselton. Key responsibilities include: Arranging and booking travel and accommodation Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractors Supporting managers in the creation of Rosters Raising Purchase Order's and receipting Attending to various invoicing queries including overdue accounts Reporting and recording defects into the system Proactive management of invoicing for back charge, labour invoicing, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments Management of work orders - costs, payments and general process management Liaising with external clients and providers Completing 'End of Month' reporting as required by Maintenance Manager and Project Maintenance Managers Assisting site Managers with 'ad hoc' duties and requests for support Organising the purchase of PPE Maintaining equipment records and work orders Assist with development of department reports and presentations. Assist the Site Supervisor and other site personnel as required. Track and provide On Hire & Off Hire documents for the Rental team as required. Liaising with Procurement team for delivery of goods and services Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions Required skills/experience and attributes: A ' Can Do' attitude. Proficient in Microsoft office suite Demonstrated experience working in the Mining Industry or with Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Adaptable to change and willingness to accommodate a flexible approach to daily duties. High attention to detail Experience in maintaining records and rosters. Strong organisational and planning skills Effective communication skills Ability to meet deadlines.
