You will be integral in the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning and ongoing support/maintenance of ICT infrastructure and OT Applications into Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) across multiple areas. What You'll do: As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and management of ICT systems across Honeywell's facilities. Key Experience & Capabilities: Provide technical expertise for maintaining complex ICT infrastructure systems, focusing on Honeywell software platforms like EBI, DVM, and Energy Manager. Offer advice on procurement, configuration, and implementation of new Honeywell systems, ensuring supportability, expansibility, and flexibility. Take charge of preventative maintenance, audits, and repairs for existing systems, including patch management and updates. Develop comprehensive site-specific documentation for configuration, engineering, testing, and commissioning. Demonstrate proficiency in networks, IT processes, configuration, and change management. Ensure high availability and performance of Honeywell IT services, diagnosing complex issues and maintaining infrastructure. Identify and implement system updates and firmware to maintain system integrity and stability, including change management planning. Manage access and monitor global ICT security to safeguard Honeywell infrastructure and services. Ensure adherence to best practices for change management, software upgrades, and implementation of new Honeywell product features. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and design/configuration documentation. Foster productive relationships with Honeywell's Technical Support Groups, system users, and software vendors to maintain systems effectively and address issues promptly. Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge Technical Diploma and/or Tertiary Education in Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science Advanced Certification and/or experience in relevant ICT industry technologies such as CCNP (Cisco), MCSE (Microsoft), VCDP (VMware), CA (Citrix) or similar. Certification and/or experience in relevant Cybersecurity methodologies such as CompTIA, CISSP, CISM or similar Minimum 5 years' experience working within the IT industry as a systems, network, storage, or managed services engineer. Proficient in networking, servers, storage, and enterprise applications. Current and demonstrated knowledge and systems experience at a senior level in an enterprise environment with the following technologies: Windows Servers Virtualization Technologies (VMware preferred) Networking, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN SAN Storage Microsoft SQL Server Desirable Experience in the implementation and maintenance of Honeywell Software (EBI, DVM, Energy Manager).
