About the Role As the Teacher Aide you will contribute to the provision of a quality educational service by assisting and supporting teachers with the preparation and enhancement of learning materials and associated activities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Assist teachers and students with sporting activities and school excursions. Manage and maintain equipment and resources. Communicate effectively and demonstrate high levels of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member. Maintain anecdotal records on students for use in reviewing student's development. Show respect, empathy, confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity to students and their families. Provide clerical assistance including typing, duplicating teaching materials, and organizing off-site activities. Supervise education activities under the direction of a teacher.
