As an Administration Assistant, you will provide a friendly and welcoming “front of house” approach to residents, families, visitors and staff. A typical day will have you: Performing reception / switchboard and administrative duties to meet customer needs Providing front of house customer service to the residents, families, visitors and staff Conducting orientation tours of the site when delegated by the Admin Leader or Manager Maintaining office inventory and records Supporting in site recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding and orientation Submiting resident admission, discharge and variation information Creating genuine connections and empathise with residents, families and staff We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in administrative support or customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various computer systems A high attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management skills A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar qualification (desirable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in an Aged Care environment (desirable) Experience in rosters and accounts and aged care systems (highly regarded) Why work with us?
