Woodridge State High School is looking for enthusiastic beginning and experienced teachers to work as a team, leading our whole school Inclusive service delivery model. We believe that all students can learn, given the right amount of supports and time. IP staff support the school in implementing evidence-based practices to maximise the outcomes for all students through the effective identification and reduction of barriers to learning. As an Inclusive Practices Teacher, you will work as a Case Manager, Co Teacher and Interventionist, alongside Teacher Aides, CECs and SLPs, and have opportunities to work in partnership with Teachers, Parents and external agencies. Woodridge SHS utilises a whole school Multi-Tiered Systems of Support framework. As a member of the Inclusive Practices team you will have opportunities to collaborative plan and implement engaging and universally designed lessons as a co teacher. You will also develop and deliver Tier II and Tier III intervention and alternative programs and individual plans for the students on your case management load.
