Internal Parts Coordination: Ordering and managing internal parts for various projects. Invoice Processing: Efficiently process invoices, verify accuracy, and forward them to the accounts department. Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to machine builds, costs, and project progress. Job Costing and Closure: Accurately track project costs, allocate expenses, and ensure timely closure of completed jobs. Timesheet Management: Assist with timesheet entry and validation. Ad Hoc Duties: Handle ad hoc tasks such as raising purchase orders for unexpected needs and ordering personal protective equipment (PPE).
