What an excellent start to your new career A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence and experience in the QLD Real Estate Industry is essential. What’s great about this role: Highly respected business, with high performing staff Rewarding salary package, including bonus opportuity Central Gold Coast location with on street parking Duties: Provide Administration support, diary management and appointment setting Prepare contracts and proposals Gather market intelligence & assist in developing marketing materials Attend Company and Networking events Assisting with open homes and inspections Database and website management Assisting with listing properties for sale Attend and set up of Auction properties Contract management and follow up Communicate with clients, contractors and solicitors Prepare weekly reports and attend to email correspondence Skills and Experience: A current Real Estate License or Registration Certificate Minimum 3 years’ experience in the QLD Real Estate industry A focused, driven and motivated personality High level problem solving skills Excellent personal presentation Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Be process driven with a strong attention to detail Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks A team player, who can also work autonomously & use their initiative Possess exceptional follow up skills A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle Experience in preparation of sales contracts & settlement procedures Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & CANVA Experience with RP Data, Realworks, Realestate.com or Agent Box, highly desirable How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
