As part of a team of diverse skills you will be expected to collaborate with other team members and provide support across the various support functions where required. With knowledge of Office 365 applications and problem solving skills, the role will ensure VIT is well informed in areas of risk management, internal audit and compliance. About the role This role will require you to: Support the enhancement of the VIT's assurance program with a focus on risk management, internal audit and compliance. Support the delivery of VIT's internal audit plan, including supporting internal audits, monitoring and ensuring the timely implementation of audit recommendations. Provide support to the Office Services Team in relation to office set up and equipment management. Provide administrative support to key committees including the Audit Risk Management Finance Committee About you As an experienced administration officer, you will have sound and practical knowledge of Office 365 applications. You will have experience in organising and planning, and ideally a passion for child safety and experience working within the education sector.
