Your responsibilities and duties will include: Design of reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber, and masonry Review of drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Perform QA/QC checks Coach, mentor, and develop junior Engineers Conduct site inspections Prepare detailed documentation ensuring compliance to standards and regulations Interact with all internal stakeholders across the business as well as with clients and certifiers Required Skills 8 years Structural design experience in Australia The ability to identify and solve problems arising in business Successful track record of training and mentoring less experienced engineers Familiarity with AutoCAD, SpaceGass, RAM, ETABS etc Strong commercial acumen RPEQ or willing to obtain Excellent communications skills High level knowledge of structural design principles Strong knowledge of Australian standards, NCC and local authority requirements What Now?
