This role requires initiative and the ability to make informed decisions to achieve positive outcomes. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in providing PA / EA support. Experience coordinating all aspects related to all meetings - including meeting invites, agendas, papers, minutes, room bookings, and other logistics. Effective at communicating with a broad audience with well-developed written and verbal skills. Confident in building rapport and developing relationships. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to resolve problems and build positive relationships. High level organisational and time management skills, able to effectively manage competing priorities. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates. Flexible in adapting to ever changing needs and deadlines and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Solutions focused and proactive with a can-do attitude. High level of digital literacy. Ability to work within policy parameters and process guidelines. Special Requirements: Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and be eligible to hold Baseline or a NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Ideally you will you hold or be able to obtain a Drivers licence as this role will require some travel.
