What you'll do: As a People and Culture Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of critical project milestones. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating, documenting, and supporting decision-making related to transition arrangements. You will also be tasked with performing project work as directed, ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively with various teams will be crucial in gathering and analysing relevant information. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive reports and documentation while managing queries according to established processes. Investigate, document and support decision making related to transition arrangements and support coordination and delivery of transition plans. Perform project work as directed, in support of broader project delivery requirements. Communicate effectively with other People teams and Business Representatives to identify, gather and analyse relevant information. Work as part of a team to support the transfer of people related activities and information within agreed timelines. Track completion of activities and prepare summary documentation for reporting. Prepare documentation of processes and supporting information.Support query management in line with agreed processes. What you bring: The ideal candidate for the People and Culture Administrator role brings a wealth of experience from previous roles within Project delivery teams or as an HR Coordinator / Officer or HR Consultant. A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is desired but not mandatory. Key skills required for this role include meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. Furthermore, the successful candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for managing risks effectively and escalating them in a timely manner.
