About you: Essential Substantial experience in general administration and providing PA / EA support. Your responsibilities will include: This is a fixed term contract till November 2024 located in Williamtown, NSW. Our friendly team is seeking a self-starter that enjoys a busy and dynamic work environment. The Program Administration Coordinator will be responsible for visitor access, meeting support including meeting notes, coordinating team events and activities, maintaining office supplies and consumables, calendar management and personal assistant tasks including travel arrangement, and providing support between the LMA office and Defence base.
