Exciting opportunity to provide Administration support to a State Government department based SOR Your new company An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a State Government department based in Kensington. This role requires you to work full-time hours, for a minimum of 6 months. This department is based conveniently near public transport and requires someone available to start in mid-April. Your new role Coordinating applications, recordkeeping, and distribution processes for all new Departmental purchasing cards. Receiving and acting on requests from cost centres for purchasing card maintenance including card cancellations, card re-issue, lost and stolen cards, change of cost centre, limit amendments and new PINS. Maintaining the purchasing card central registers and coordinating the procedures for disputed and fraudulent transactions. Maintaining and administrating the Department’s FlexiPurchase central processes for cost centres including adding employees, mapping cards, querying, and updating employee details, uploading expense and HR templates and creating/editing charge codes and transferring cost centres. Weekly auditing of the Staff Variation Report provided by the People and Culture Branch to assist with timely card cancellations. Monthly auditing of new applications for reviewing by the Manager Accounting Operations. Monthly identification and review of all purchases of alcohol and other items is searched under the Risky Merchant Category Codes and Descriptions. Annual review of cardholders and cash access cards.
