International Sales Coordinator — Ermington, Parramatta Area

Position Summary Job Summary: This role is responsible for carrying out the functions of processing customer orders, ensuring that required time frames are adhered to in regard to Dispatch schedules and that all necessary regulatory approvals are received for products prior to Dispatching / Installation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process all orders, for New Machines, Conversions and Spare Parts received for International jurisdictions Raise Sales Orders / Sales Credits (where required) Create shipping documents (i.e commercial invoices and packing lists) Work with Australia Order Management to establish anomalies with order information Monitor Progress of all orders through the production process to maintain DIFOT Maintain Delivery Schedule Ensure all jurisdictional approvals are received for Dispatches Coordinate delivery of new machines and conversions and Spare Parts with the relevant Suppliers Compile paper work for invoicing (soft format). Ensure order is complete, accurate and ready for Dispatch team to invoice. Answering Telephone / Email Enquiries from Agents/Sales and customers Update and maintain various Reports Experience, Skills and Abilities: One to two years related experience in a manufacturing or order entry environment Qualification in Business Administration or relevant work experience Highly developed customer service skills High level computer skills (Word, Excel) ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Navision or similar Time management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines Ability to work under pressure Excellent decision making skills Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organisation Effective negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions High level of accuracy and attention to detail Maintain confidentiality at all times Punctual Excellent oral and written communication skills Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies, principles, guidelines and legislation Working Conditions: The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations Workplace Health & Safety: Actively co-operate and comply with the company's WHS Policy and Program to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others in the workplace Ensure compliance with safe work practices Ensure not to put self and others at risk Use and maintain equipment properly and ensure that the work area is free of hazards Report all incidents, injuries and near misses Report any hazard or accident to the supervisor or manager as soon as it becomes apparent Advise your manager if you do not believe you have the skills, training or equipment to safely perform your duties (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
