The core focus of the HR Administrator will assuming responsibility for the administrative function of the HR department. The HR Administrator will ensure the compliant recording and tracking of all colleague documentation for the life cycle, from onboarding to off boarding. In partnership with the HR team, Department Managers and external payroll team, the HR Administrator triggers and meets all payroll deadlines along with supporting the Human Resource team in the full range of HR activities as required. Please note this position is based on Hayman Island. Your day-to-day: We're seeking an HR Administrator to manage administrative processes and IHG people technology, ensuring payroll deadlines are met and supporting new starter onboarding. You'll collaborate with leaders and external payroll teams, facilitate contract development, and drive compliance with onboarding procedures. With a keen eye on financial and compliance matters, you'll monitor budget expenditure, conduct audits, and assist in supplier management and payment processing. Additionally, you'll deliver exceptional internal customer service, particularly during peak periods, while efficiently managing HR supplies and external stock providers. About you The HR Administrator reports into the Human Resources Manager and works in partnership with the broader Human Resources team based on and off island. We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources professional with the following: Formal qualification in Human Resources preferred. Previous experience within the Hospitality/Tourism Industry. Administration background strongly regarded.
