To inspire Position Purpose The purpose of this position is to support Trade Account Managers with data entry to our Salesforce CRM system. This position is 15 hours per week (Part-time role). Areas of Responsibility Taking instructions from Trade Account managers and accurately entering data into Salesforce CRM system; Raise Quotations Create opportunities Create Sample requests Create design requests New Account and Contact Creation in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate and up to date Account and contact information. Record notes from customer meetings Proactive input of Leads and Opportunities into Salesforce and allocation of follow up activities to Sales team. Data governance for the Account Managers (AM’s) Record and report activity to National Sales Director.
