6 months Contract with extension options available Canberra based The Project Administrator will play a critical role in the successful delivery implementation of projects by: managing and coordinating project activities and resources, addressing issues as they arise, and, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Responsibilities: Coordinating the implementation of IT project plans, ensuring timelines and expenditure to budget are met. Ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the projects progress. Facilitating communication between all stakeholders involved in the project, including project team members, management, and external partners. Coordinating and allocating resources, including equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. Preparing reports on project progress, including financial reports, progress reports, and other documentation as required by the organization. Requirements: At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role. Ability to identify and solve problems, develop solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (advanced capability with Microsoft Excel essential) and other relevant software and tools.
