About the role: As a Digital Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in creating and executing strategies that drive transformational growth in acquisition of new customers across the digital channel. Partnering with key stakeholders and cross-functional business units to define, scope, prioritise and deliver market-leading campaigns, products, and customer experiences. Working closely with the Digital Sales Lead, you will contribute to setting the overall sales strategy and execution plan for the digital channel to achieve sales targets and a growth ambition. Why this role matters: Develop and execute strategies across the following areas: Drive conversion rates across digital channels Deliver outrageously good customer experiences Drive multi-product growth through cross-sell and upsell of additional products and services Manage cost to acquire to budget and find opportunities for efficiencies Ensure a consistent seamless experience for customers across digital channels Ensure all digital sales interactions are compliant Work closely and collaboratively with Product, Marketing, CX, Tech Delivery, Legal and Compliance to deliver outstanding digital experiences. What will you bring? 8 years of experience in digital channels, marketing experience favourable Proven capability to effectively deliver outstanding digital campaigns, products, and customer experiences across both web and app platforms. Ability to foster innovation, devise strategies and effectively plan and execute new ideas. Business and commercial acumen and understanding of customer segments to effectively drive desired outcomes. So, why join us?
