Working as part of a small team, you will be providing support on consulting projects and working with senior consultants with many years of experience in the field of records and information management. Communicate with clients and consultants on requirements, project tasks and deliverables. Identify process changes to better support the management of client projects including internal reporting requirements Keep track of and report on project progress including deliverables and timelines in collaboration with consultants Assist company directors with internal business operational matters as require Register and report client and project information via our CRM. Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/or executive support Cert IV in Project Management highly desirable Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
