The successful candidate will have responsibilities on multiple projects which will range in nature and size. In your role you are expected to work as part of the business and project management team, assisting in the delivery of projects and management of clients from initiation to completion. Also critical is the ability to develop and maintain productive relations with a diverse range of stakeholders including authorities, councils, suppliers, and site staff etc. You will be required to contribute to and help develop a successful team providing effective assistance, leadership and mentoring of staff (management and delivery) as required. In your role you will be supported by the Project management team, the project delivery team, HR / Accounts team, Senior Staff Members, company management and the company Directors. The role has responsibility to: Provide assistance to project managers and management as required Support accounts department Maintaining records of financial transactions through accounting software . Monitoring for variances from the projected budget. Assisting in financial activities. Compiling, documenting and data entry for timesheets Assistance in the Invoicing process. Assistance with preparations of quotations and tenders Customer Service. Maintain administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of policies and procedures in line with the company´s accreditation processes and standards The role supports the business management, project management and project delivery team to optimize the company’s capability. There will be a focus on ensuring the team achieves or exceeds performance targets including compliance and efficiency, delivery times, project budgets and forming strong client relationships. Complete assigned work on time, with accuracy and to required specifications and budget. Form trusting relationships with staff and suppliers and clients showing a high degree of professionalism. Provide constructive feedback and input to senior management on opportunities to improve workflows, systems, processes, and commercial / business opportunities. Responsible client / stakeholder relationships. Resolve any conflict issues and management of complex operational issues. Participate in Team meetings, undertake and chair team meetings as required. Liaise with members of the Team regarding project resourcing and delivery. Support the project management and delivery teams to optimize the company’s capability and achieve or exceed performance targets set. Manage and control the company´s accreditation processes and standards. Act as the company lead in relation to work health and safety.
