We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced HSE Administrator for our NBN N2P Project within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. This role is based in Belmont, WA. We're looking for someone who works collaboratively and supports the team to get the job done as safely as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience. In this role you'll be responsible for: Assisting in developing processes, implementing, and monitoring programs to provide a safe working environment for all site-based personnel Identify training needs for all personnel Conducting health and safety audits and inspections Conducting weekly Site inductions for WA project Maintain HSE recording systems and registers Promote health and safety policies and procedures to all personnel Providing assistance in regards to HSE administration duties. How you'll connect to the role: Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety Relevant experience in the construction industry is highly regarded Have a current driver's license Construction White Card Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation Current First Aid certificate Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
