The Team Humanforce is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Director that is critical for our continued growth in Australia & New Zealand. This is a senior lead position with ownership of the business and sales strategy for a growing team that will report into our Chief Sales Officer Andrew Williams. Who You Are The overall success of this role will be to build upon the ability to develop, engage, and motivate a high performing sales team. To support this, you will be expected to have strong leadership capability and implement and maintain rigorous sales management growth and processes. This position requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role to create cross functional collaboration and synergies with internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do Establish and drive the strategic direction, focusing on market insights / segmentation work to more effectively deploy resources to achieve the business goals Embed a defined methodology and approach in ANZ leading for close collaboration across functions delivering exceptional results Accountable for execution excellence in sales planning, forecasting, business planning and execution of marketing strategies to achieve long term objectives of business Represent the business in various internal meetings and conferences to ensure that the objectives and strategies of region are supported throughout the larger organisation Build strong customer partnerships with your sound understanding and experiences within HCM, WFM and Payroll sales Responsibilities Proven record of successful people management of a medium to large team Results orientated - sets aggressive schedules for improvement, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, uses resources in a flexible way, is pragmatic and understands which actions will drive real value for the business; Proven credentials building a business to scale more than $5-6M ARR Communication - communicates passion and energy, is highly articulate, challenges thinking in a compelling manner; Team builder - Engages the team through enthusiasm, delegates significant responsibility to team members and holds them accountable, seeks mentoring opportunities, gets personally and actively involved in sourcing, selecting, developing and retaining top talent for key positions.
