Based out of our Mt Lofty facility Aged Care Toowoomba - Mount Lofty Nursing Home | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) this role will be working as part of a small group, supported by a cohesive marketing and sales support team to grow occupancy and admissions across our Mt Lofty Aged Care facility and our Ipswich aged care facility, by working with existing channel partners and fostering new partnerships within the healthcare sector. It will be a requirement for our new Sales & Relationship Manager to drive between both our Mt Lofty and Ipswich facilities. You will also work closely with our new resident families to guide them through what can be an emotional, stressful, and often very confusing process to understand the aged care system. About You Our ideal applicants will: Have highly developed customer service / business development skills and experience preferably from a service, or hospitality-based industry. Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a referral / channel partner network which can generate qualified leads Be able to build strong relationship and by doing so close deals and achieve targets. Possess excellent time management skills. Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including compassion & empathy. Be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters. A current care and drivers' licence with the willingness and ability to travel between Mt Lofty and Ipswich as required. Who are we?
