THE TEAM: The Integrated Property Advisory team sits within the Value and Risk Advisory business line and specialises in providing an integrated experience for our clients through valuation projects and advisory services. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the team provides collaborative, comprehensive, and efficient administrative support for the Australian business. THE ROLE: Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant. Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Efficiently coordinate services and monitor workflow, making proactive decisions to solve challenges and factors outside of the team's control. Contribute to building and improving client relationships through ongoing transparent communication, ensuring all relevant KPIs for the role are met. Correctly and accurately use all internal systems and processes to complete work compliant with relevant JLL, industry, and/or client standards. Co-ordinate with team members to learn new skills as required and contribute to the documentation of processes, facilitating team support and growth. Work collaboratively with members of the wider team (both remote and non-remote), performing additional duties as required to support the Australian business. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: The successful applicant would ideally possess the following: Previous customer service experience including the use of problem solving, negotiating, and building rapport with stakeholders and service providers of all levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise the workload to meet deadlines. Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Knowledge/experience in real estate or project delivery considered advantageous. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
