You will be part of a dynamic and innovative organisation that values diversity, collaboration, and excellence ROLE This is a varied role where you will be liaising with international clientele providing exceptional customer service. You will be handling high volume of inbound enquiries regarding orders, product inquiries and problem solving. You will be communicating with customers in Mandarin, Cantonese and English at a business level. You will have the opportunity to be trained across all areas of their customer service fields - this is an incredible chance to gain skills beyond basic customer service, offering long term opportunities and pathways. The office is open 24/7 and you will be on a rotating roster working 37.5 hours per week with option to work from home. This role is shift based with award and penalty rates in place according to hours worked Free parking is available and public transport is a 5-minute walk from their modern, clean and safe offices. REQUIREMENTS Proficient in all 3 languages - Mandarin, Cantonese and English Available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts. Available to commence immediately or with 1 weeks’ notice. Phone based experience in preferred but not essential Intermediate PC skills – email, websites and Microsoft applications Excellent verbal communication skills Can work well under pressure and achieve set targets Enjoy working as part of a team Strong relationship building skills
