This is our promise to the Victorian community and the reason we exist. $78,455.00 per annum superannuation Full Time Ongoing role Hybrid, flexible working (minimum three days a week in the Geelong office) Purpose An exciting administration role has become available in our Provider Registration & Vendor Management team The Provider Registration and Vendor Management (PR&VM) team sits within BSE and is responsible for registering service providers and managing vendors that deliver solutions related to core services. This includes inbound and outbound communications as well as online invoicing. The Administration Officer role provides business support and service within the team utilising specialist knowledge and a variety of policies and procedures. The position assesses registration requests from medical and like providers, provides advice to providers, agents and other parties about registration requirements and supports other administrative functions of the team, including meeting administration, and vendor performance audit functions. Key accountabilities of this role will include: Register medical and like providers across a wide range of provider specialties, including independently assessing compliance with registration criteria and advising providers where specialty or commercial registration criteria are not met. Provide advice to, and assist external providers, agents and other interested parties on questions related to the provision, entitlement and payment of medical and like services by WorkSafe, this includes the ability to assess and resolve complex enquiries. Build and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, influencing these parties to achieve required outcomes. Provide advice to internal WorkSafe teams including Health and Recovery, Claims Division and the Advisory Service. About you We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team, and can work effectively in a high pressure environment, with changing and competing demands. You will have high-level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy including the ability to prioritise tasks and cope with competing demands. You will also have; Significant experience in a similar role within a complex environment. Good understanding of the workings of financial delegations, purchasing practices, policies and procedures. Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (eg PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI).
