Our Northern Region Construction team are currently seeking a suitably experienced Site Administrator wishing to join our Merrimac Station Project based in South-East Queensland. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project which will transform transport and community access for those living and travelling to the Gold Coast area. In this position you will be responsible for: Accounts payable process management and purchasing including raising, receipting and proactive maintenance of open purchase orders ensuring commitments are current and accurate. End of month activities including accruals, journals, reconciliations, and reporting. Prepare routine correspondence, minutes of meeting, registers, and project reports. Assist and support Safety/Quality Managers with administrative tasks. Maintain training records, track training hours and coordinate training requirements. Support the project administratively to ensure office environment remains safe, operational, efficient, and compliant with all applicable company and statutory requirements. Organise and maintain IT / office hardware. You will have previous experience in administration, ideally with the construction industry, and a good working knowledge of forms and contracts. In addition: Proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently. Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention-to-detail, and a focus on quality outcomes.
