WOODCUT is on the hunt for a motivated individual with strong sales experience to join the team as our Architectural Sales Representative. ABOUT THE COMPANY: We are not just another timber flooring company. Today, WOODCUT’s high quality engineered European oak flooring is the most specified product range in Victoria. With showrooms in both Melbourne, Sydney, Queensland and Adelaide WOODCUT supplies its design driven product range Australia-wide. ABOUT THE ROLE: WOODCUT is on the hunt for a motivated individual with strong sales experience to join the team as our Architectural Sales Representative in our amazing Queensland Location. If you thrive off of a challenge and are passionate about the luxury architecture industry, this position is for you KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop trusted relationships to ensure we are the first-choice supplier for customers Follow up on leads and potential opportunities Establish a pipeline of sales opportunities Ensure revenue target is met as set by the business Collaborate with other complementing product specification managers to increase lead generation within the business Attend industry related trade events to network & increase brand recognition Report back to management of any new colour/style trends via relationship building with specifiers Responsible for the overall relationship building, specification, education, and new product presentation of all WOODCUT products to all specifiers Manage specification’s through from initial specification stage to sale completion (supply only) Engage BDM’s for projects that are outside of the supply only scope Ensure specifiers have current sample boxes, data sheets & associated sampling of all WOODCUT products Contribute during the preparation of the WOODCUT colour range inclusions/exclusions Contribute to product brochure/data documentation for specifiers Prepare activity reports for management when requested Assist Marketing Manager to develop EDM’s targeted to specifiers Other duties as directed from time to time. ABOUT YOU: The successful candidate will have the confidence and professional demeanor to liaise with various stakeholders (primary Architects, Interior Designers & Developers) whilst fostering strong respectful relationships as well as: Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Diploma of Design Min 2-3 years’ experience in specifications selling / direct selling with proven track record of exceeding sales targets Min 2-3 years’ experience working with architecturally designed products (flooring experience highly regarded) Experience selling to high-end clients such as Architects, Interior Designers and Developers is highly regarded Effective negotiation skills with a centric approach to genuine customer care Must hold a valid driver’s license ABOUT THE BENEFITS: $150,000 OTE - with Uncapped Earnings Be part of a sales driven team for the most luxurious timber flooring company in Australia Be rewarded for your hard work.
