Potential to covert to Permanent Hourly pay rate from $34.81 - $38.99 super (Depending on shifts worked) ROLE This is a varied role where you will be liaising with international clientele providing exceptional customer service. You will be handling high volume of inbound enquiries regarding orders, product inquiries and problem solving. You will be communicating with customers in Thai and English at a business level. You will have the opportunity to be trained across all areas of their customer service fields - this is an incredible chance to gain skills beyond basic customer service, offering long term opportunities and pathways. This role is shift based with award and penalty rates in place according to hours worked Operating hours for this roe: Mon-Fri 12pm – 9pm during outside daylight saving, 1pm-10pm during daylight saving – rotating roster Free parking is available and public transport is a 5-minute walk from their modern, clean and safe offices. REQUIREMENTS Proficient in both languages - Thai and English Available to work Mon-Fri 12pm – 9pm during outside daylight saving, 1pm-10pm during daylight saving – rotating roster Available to commence immediately or with 1 weeks’ notice.
