The opportunity As the Administration Manager you will be responsible for the office management function for the East Metropolitan Region (Housing). Additionally, you will provide advice and administrative assistance to the management team and staff within the team across all areas of responsibility. You may also supervise and prioritise work of staff and undertake projects as required. The ideal applicants will have: Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills and abilities Sound communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to effectively liaise with others at all levels Demonstrated experience in an administrative and / or financial management environment Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, together with the ability to provide creative solutions to non-routine problems and issues Well-developed written communication skills, particularly in the areas of correspondence and the preparation of reports Sound organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise workloads within competing timeframes.
