Advisor Digital Design ELearning Date: 22 Mar 2024 Location: Perth, AU Monday to Friday | Perth Competitive salary and three annual bonus schemes Free onsite parking at the Remote Operational Centre (ROC) Company contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate family About the role: The AHS & Technology team is currently seeking a Digital Design Learning Solutions Advisor to join them on a 5 Days on, 2 Days off, Monday to Friday Roster based in Perth. Reporting to the Autonomous Haulage Solution (AHS)Training Manager, this newly created role will work closely with the AHS project team and the operational mining team to transition Roy Hill's learning content to engaging digital solutions. As the Digital Design - Learning Solutions Advisor you will play a critical role in creating and implementing learning solutions that evolve to the needs of our organisation. Duties: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create, publish and maintain engaging digital training content including but not limited to 2D/3D animated assets, motion graphics and videos. Provide digital design support solutions to mining teams to ensure workplace procedures and instructions are engaging and easily understood Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices in instructional design techniques Skills and Experience: Passion and commitment to creating high quality, engaging and easily digestible content. Excellent proficiency in the Adobe Suite including Creative Suite Experience using a learning creation tool such as Articulate 360 Demonstrated ability to problem solve and ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment Excellent communication skills Capability to autonomously execute tasks while also actively contributing to team efforts to adhere to time constraints.
