As a trainee business administrator, we will support your learning journey across all areas of general administration and operations. You will gain a solid foundation to a rewarding career in logistics, along with the completion of a nationally recognized certificate III in Business Administration. What you can expect: Provide general administrative support to key stakeholders across the Mackay Depot. Assist with documentation and data input across a variety of functions, including payroll, compliance, training and operations.Maintain various databases, platforms and systems Follow all Company policies and practices as applicable, as well as relevant legislation. Ensure professional and ethical management practices are undertaken to achieve strategic objectives. Attend meetings as required, take meeting minutes, distribute documentation prior to and following meetings, ensure action points are followed up. Prepare, consolidate, and distribute reports as required.
