The Role: As the Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in influencing the future strategic direction of Resly, leveraging your extensive experience in sales management to drive growth and achieve key objectives. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of the short-term rental market will be pivotal as you identify new business opportunities, foster meaningful relationships, and deliver solutions that address our clients' needs. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing team on pivotal initiatives such as website rebranding, lead generation strategies, and market expansion into South East Asia, ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact and propel Resly's success. What you'll do: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share Lead and manage a team of sales & account management professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Founders & Directors What we're seeking: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies Experience working with CRM systems Perks & Benefits: The flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia.
