The Role As Contract Administrator you will deliver multiple commercial projects ranging from $3M - $30M. This is a head office role working closely with the Project Manager’s to deliver the project on time and within budget. There is x3 other Contracts Administrators in the team. You will be expected to do occasional site visits. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Key Responsibilities Procurement of trades and sub-contractors. Maintain relationships amongst our clients and subcontractors. Managing RFIs, progress claims, variations and EOT submissions. Subcontractor management and preparation of tender packages, scopes of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules. Report costing, manage cash flow, negotiate payment terms with suppliers, and control overall project expenditure. Required Skills Degree qualified within construction management or Quantity Surveying. IT literate, ideally with Genesis and HammerTech. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ideally 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator under a head contractor. Working knowledge of tendering, developing, and letting of trade packages, cost forecasting and reporting and negotiating subcontract tenders.
