Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, you will be decisive, innovative and a dynamic leader. You will be responsible for further growing and maintaining the market position of Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. Your key responsibilities will include: Manage strong relationships with HOD's, corporate accounts and travel agents. As a strong leader, you will be empowered to deliver the brand and continued success of the hotel across all market segments. Set and review sales strategy for business development Work collaboratively with the Director of Revenue to ensure ongoing research and analysis of product, price, and performance metrics to drive above market performance through identification of opportunities. Put a key focus on conferencing and F&B departments to help maximize hotel revenue potential. Active participation in budgeting, forecasting, sales presentations and client meetings. Driving sales for MICE, corporate, group and leisure markets to achieve the hotels budget performance.
