PART TIME Team/Sales Administrator to assist in general office management and sales administration support. Client Details You will be working for a specialist consulting firm that provides operational and sales support to Research & Development providers looking to establish or grow their practices in the industry. They have developed a suite of tools and services to help educate other firms in this sector about the grants available to eligible business. Description Duties Include: Sales Administration - booking appointments and the preparation and sending of contracts. Managing of Diaries Client Management -Working directly with external clients and making sure all compliance is updated Working closely with the Bookkeeper making sure every invoice is processed Working on their ERP system creating new client files, updating and uploading of documents Assist in creating new SOP's ( standard operating procedures) General office administration and operational support Profile Key skills required for role include: Previous administration experience Highly organised and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Confident Customer Service skills Proactive nature Team focused Job Offer This role is offered on a PERMANENT PART TIME basis Monday - Friday within school hours.
