This is a permanent, full time vacancy. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant. You will be the first point of contact and will play an important role in greeting all internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Key requirements to this role include having exceptional people skills, professional presentation and previous experience in delivering high levels of service, whilst thinking on your feet. Like all busy administration roles, you need to be flexible and calm, have great initiative and be able to deal with competing requirements whilst always remaining professional and positive. The role is responsible for answering and correctly directing all incoming calls, correspondence management, visitor management, organising meetings, taking minutes and arranging meeting facilities. You will also manage building maintenance requests, issue security access cards and provide support with a wide variety of administration tasks, including assisting on any ad hoc projects as part of the Courts Executive team. This is a full-time 75 hour role per fortnight. Our reception hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday and you will be required to work as part of a team roster to ensure that our services are provided within our hours of operation.
