Key responsibilities: Communicate directly with installers and sales team members on structural engineering matters Build relationships with technical services staff, steel manufacturing staff, the sales team, distributor store staff and other industry-related personnel like Installers, Architects, Builders and Specifiers. Conduct structural analysis on custom frame design solutions Create CAD details for customers when required, and extend the CAD library of structural details Conduct regular site inspections of installed Siniat products Peer review of structural designs from other Structural Engineers and be willing to issue form 15 in QLD if already have RPEQ or be willing to obtain RPEQ and issue form 15 About You Degree qualified as a Structural or Civil Engineer, and eligible/are a member of the Institution of Engineers – Australia (MIE Aust) Have RPEQ (QLD) or willing to obtain RPEQ Experienced in design of Cold formed steel (Light gauge steel) components or buildings, and knowledge of AS/NZS 4600, NCC, AS1170 series Well‐developed analytical skills, oral, comprehension and written English language skills Ability to plan, develop and complete projects within budget and time constraints Good time management & prioritising skills Able to converse with customers/clients at all levels within the industry Possess a strong teamwork culture and customer service centric Sound like you?
