ABOUT THE ROLESalvos Stores are looking for a motivated Administration Assistant in Canning Vale, WA. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintain electronic and manual based filing and record keeping systems as required by all Salvos Stores and TSA processes and/or procedural requirements and ensure all relevant communications are promptly attended to.Support Retail and operations teams in preparation of documentation, spreadsheets and/or any presentations.Provide administrative support to retail and operations personnel in all aspects of site repairs and maintenance processes.Assist People Managers in any Salvos Workday related activities such as recruitment, report generationFollow all protocols (in line with TSA policies and procedures) when ordering goods and services on behalf of the retail and warehouse team and ensure appropriate authorisation limits are adhered to and appropriate financial approvals are soughtFollow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines as outlined by The Salvation Army (TSA), including assessing risk, record keeping and submitting Solvsafety incidents on a timely basisAssist and perform additional tasks / jobs as reasonably required in accordance with established guidelines, processes and / or as required by the Line ManageABOUT YOU Prior administrative experience or qualifications highly regarded.Demonstrated experience working in a similar administrative role, where customer service is a strong focus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Strong computer and analytical skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and action them effectively.
