About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent administration and interpersonal skills to join our Registrar’s department in the role of permanent full-time Academic Administrator. The Registrar’s department plays a significant role in the day-to-day administration of academic matters, including being the main point of contact for students regarding their course and ensuring academic quality and compliance. Reporting to the Registrar and working within a friendly and experienced team, you will be responsible for facilitating the academic progress of the College’s undergraduate students and providing administrative support to the Registrar and Faculty. About you The successful candidate will meet the following essential selection criteria: Experience working in an administration role, demonstrating high attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to prioritise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competence in MS Office including intermediate skills in Excel and Word Competence in the use of databases and record management systems Proven ability to actively identify and harness opportunities for enhancing processes and systems Ability to support and promote the Christian Vision, Mission and Values of Moore Theological College It is desirable that you also have: Experience in the higher education sector Understanding of the Sydney Anglican diocese For more information, please download and view the position description.
