Multiple Roles available: Senior project engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Project Engineers. Position Overview: You will be a leader in our business assisting to ensure the successful delivery of Civil construction projects within budget and on time, whilst governing high standards and best practice ensuring client requirements are met. Depending on your expereince, you will be working on projects across Road and infrastructure, Rail, renewables, Structures, land developments, pipelaying, Bulk earth works in Geelong and surrounding region. Reporting to the Construction Manager you will: Work closely with Site Supervisors to successfully delivery Civil construction projects Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Documentation Remain aware of contractual entitlements, notifying the Construction Manager if program slippage is experienced Develop and maintain a detailed lookahead Promote & communicate program key milestones with the entire team so that everyone is working together Ensure the program is tracked and updated Negotiate terms and conditions and pricing with vendors to achieve positive outcomes for the project Develop construction sequencing and staging plans for the project Mentor and guide graduate, site, and project engineers About you: You will have a qualification in relevant field Demonstrated experience managing Civil construction projects Demonstrated understanding of construction techniques & specification requirements Strong understanding of HSEQ best practice Great time management, with ability to manage budgets and track production About us: At Keystone we value the following qualities which form part of our selection criteria when we hire: Can Do: We pride ourselves on helping each other find the best solution.
