As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both patients and referring doctors. Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently managing and dispatching patient reports Assisting and promptly addressing patient and referrer inquiries, including basic software support Coordinating report variations, validations, and necessary reviews Documenting compliments, complaints, and feedback as needed Undertaking general administrative tasks to support our operations and marketing departments Occasionally, you may also be asked to work onsite at one of our clinics, where you'll handle reception duties such as appointment bookings and patient assistance.
