They are looking for someone available to start immediately for a couple of months with potential to extend. The Role This role is responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and solutions to all customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded, and that the reputation of the Company is enhanced during each engagement. Some of the duties will include: Answer all incoming telephone calls and process client bookings over the phone, ensuring all relevant information is collected and entered in accurate manner. Manage and resolve routine client issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring clients are satisfied with resolutions provided. Update and maintain the database in line with information provided. Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure efficiency and coordination. General administration and data entry duties. About You To be successful in this role, you must have: Previous Customer Service experience or Call Centre. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn.
