THE ROLE: As a legal secretary working across either their intellectual property team or litigation team, you will be supporting up to Partner level, and your main responsibilities and duties will include: Liasing with all stakeholders and clients Monthly billing and invoicing Working directly with clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and assisting with business development activities Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements Creating and amending typed documents such as letters, emails, correspondence and contracts Diary & email management Time entry ABOUT YOU: To be considered for either opportunities, you must showcase the following: Experience as a Legal Secretary within a Litigation practice group.
