About The Role We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to join our growing team In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the administration coordination of the PALM Scheme and the PALM workers employed by FIP Group. This is a permanent, full-time (Monday-Friday) role working the hours of 7AM-3PM. You will also be responsible for: Visa application and management Organisation and management of candidate documents, including passports, VEVO checks, etc. Managing the PALM Scheme inbox and communication General data entry General inquiries About You To excel in this position, you will be committed to supporting the team and have meticulous attention to detail.
