Your focus will be on lead generation and support for the Director and through commitment and determination you will be provided with the tools to become your own agent Your role will include but not be limited to: Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the Director Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Prospecting new customers through various channels including cold calling & door knocking Managing potential buyers and their requirement Learning the skills required to become an independent agent Providing local area knowledge to clients Working as part of a team to achieve team goals Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques To be successful in this role it is essential that you: Possess a Queensland Office of Fair Trading Real Estate Salesperson Certificate Have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.
